What to expect: Intermediate hike to 50ft waterfall in Manoa Valley. Trail begins at the end of Waaloa rd. Go behind the gate, cross the bridge and continue down the road. Take a left on the second divide on the road. This path will soon become a thin, overgrown and muddy trail. Follow the trail and locate the pink ribbons through the forest area. You will cross several bridges during this hike. The trail continuously intervenes with the stream, makes sure you follow the right path. You will encounter a 20ft waterfall that you will need to climb around to get to the main Waiakekua falls.
